Power supply - 1-Wire Hub

The 1-Wire Hubs (IV DC or III DC) form the central modules to build a 1-Wire network.  

application:

They supply 1-Wire components with 5VDC and 12VDC voltage, which decouples the voltage of the 1-Wire input and distributes the 1-Wire data line. 
The hubs can be ideally combined with a 1-Wire bus coupler (USB, Ethernet or serial) or 1-Wire Controller 1 and 1-Wire Controller 2.
The input voltage of the 1-Wire Hubs is specially designed for system environments with DC power supply, such as PLC controllers.

1-Wire Repeater for long cable strands

The 1-Wire Repeater is used for amplification or regeneration of data signals in 1-Wire networks.

application:

By using repeaters a 1-Wire network can be extended and a significant increase in network stability can be achieved.
Especially recommended for networks with  "star configuration".

equipment function:

The repeater is simply connected in a 1-Wire cable.
No software is required for the 1-Wire repeater.
